What’s included in Wedding Venue Hire?

  • Luxury Marquee: A climate-controlled space with porcelain tiled flooring, accommodating up to 180 guests. Adaptable for intimate or grand affairs.

  • Scenic Spots: Exchange vows in our characterful boat house, capture moments on the rustic bridge overlooking the lake.

  • Elegant Seating: Choose round tables with crisp white linen or rustic wooden trestle tables, both complemented by Lime Wash Chivari chairs.

  • Entertainment Extravaganza: High-tech sound system, DJ, disco lights, and a designated dance floor for an unforgettable celebration.

  • Outdoor Delights: 20ft boat for serving welcome drinks, fun bus stop for unique photos, and rustic outdoor seating.

Luxury Marquee & Furniture

You and your guests will find a comfortable space in our large, luxury marquee with temperature control. It has a modern and clean design, with wood effect anti-slip tiled floor throughout. The panoramic windows on two sides can be lifted to provide an inside-outside space. 


The marquee can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. It can also be arranged to create a cosy space for a smaller, more intimate wedding.


There is a large, fully licenced rustic bar and a dance floor for your wedding disco.

Choose round tables with crisp white linen or rustic wooden trestle tables, both complemented by Lime Wash Chivari chairs.

Outdoor Venue Delights

Experience a touch of nautical charm with our 20ft boat, gracefully serving welcome drinks to embark your celebration on a delightful journey. Capture whimsical and unique moments at our fun bus stop, adding playfulness to your wedding album. Embrace the outdoors with rustic outdoor seating, creating intimate spaces for you and your guests to unwind amidst the enchanting surroundings.

Immerse your celebration in a magical glow with our included ambient lights and lighting effects. As the evening unfolds, witness the transformation of our grounds with festoon lights on the mast of the boat and lining the paths, and coloured lights adorning the trees, creating a truly enchanting ambiance for your special day.

Professional and Friendly Staff

Every wedding is attended by a professional team. The number of people we provide will depend on the size of your wedding and the dining style you choose.

The team who will attend your wedding will include:

  • A Wedding Coordinator, who will have been involved in the planning and organising of your wedding and be familiar with all your preferences.

  • Catering Staff - if you opt for formal dining, waiters and waitresses will serve you and your guests at the table. Buffets are overseen by an appropriate number of people. If you opt for barbeque, our catering team will be cooking and overseeing. If the BBQ is for the main wedding breakfast, then you will have it served to the top table.

  • Bar Staff inside the marquee and at the boat bar by the lake.

  • And if required, Car park attendants to greet your guests and show them where to park.

Exclusive Use Wedding Venue

Crown Hall Farm is an exclusive use wedding venue, so our venue will only be accessible for you and your wedding guests for the duration of your wedding (except for our staff). These are the areas this includes:

  • Landscaped grounds with rustic bridge over a picturesque lake

  • Outside seating area

  • Characterful boat house overlooking the lake, which can be used for civil ceremonies

  • A unique outdoor 20ft boat, perfect for serving your welcome drinks and canapés

  • Indoor bar which is fully licenced and staffed

  • Fun bus stop for photos

  • Parking for up to 90 cars and 3 coaches

  • Luxury boutique toilets

  • Access to the meeting room to meet with the Registrar before your ceremony (if you are getting married on site)

 

Other areas such as the accommodation and meeting room hire for the full day will need to be added on to your wedding package.

Wedding Entertainment Extravaganza

We provide a sophisticated sound system that makes the best of the acoustic environment in the marquee.

A wedding disco with a professional DJ is included in the wedding venue hire fee. The DJ will play your song choice for the first dance and all your favourite songs throughout so everyone will want to be on the dance floor.

Planning and Organising Your Wedding

To give you the seamless experience of an all in one wedding venue, a lot of communication and coordination must happen between our team and yourself, and also with any third party suppliers involved. All these activities are covered by our standard wedding venue hire fee:

  • Customer support via email, telephone and face to face meetings as required before your wedding day

  • Advice and assistance in customising your chosen wedding package or creating your bespoke wedding

  • Briefing the DJ about your music tastes and all your favourite songs

  • Briefing the catering team about special dietary requirements for any of your guests

  • Customising the layout inside the marquee to suit your preference. 

  • Customising the outside tree lighting to match your colour scheme and the mood you wish to achieve

  • Access to the venue from 10am on the day of the wedding, or the day before if there are no other events booked for that day at Crown Hall Farm.
