Before Booking Your Wedding Day
Our warm and dedicated team is committed to turning your wedding dreams into reality.
We understand the significance of your special day and believe it should reflect your unique style and vision. With our distinctive approach, we ensure that your wedding day is a seamless reflection of you, from beginning to end.

Viewings at Crown Hall Farm
Join our weekly group viewings on Tuesday mornings (10 to 11:30 am) or Tuesday evenings (6 to 7:30 pm). (Note that others may share the same slot, which just adds to the shared excitement!)
Alternatively, reserve a spot on our Saturday Open Days, on select days throughout the year. Find out when the next Open Day is here.

Confirming Your Booking
3. Personalised Proposal: Once we've captured the essence of your dream day, our team will craft a personalised proposal just for you. We'll then collaborate with you to create as many different proposals as you need to get the perfect package.
4. Confirmation: Upon your satisfaction with the quote, a Contract will be sent to you alongside an invoice for your "save-the-date" deposit of £1,200 (inc VAT), along with our Terms & Conditions. Your booking becomes official upon receipt of the signed contract, terms and deposit.

Following your booking, our friendly team will collaborate with you within your preferred timescale to meticulously plan and execute your perfect day.
You can of course come back and look around the venue on any of our Tuesday viewings...and we're always just at the end of the phone!
Wedding Insurance
To safeguard your plans, we recommend securing adequate wedding insurance, providing coverage for unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
