Meeting room hire services at a modern venue with lots of outdoor space.
Our beautiful corporate meeting venue is tucked away in a picturesque rural location, yet easily accessible from Spalding, Peterborough, Stamford and further afield.
Our friendly and professional team will help you with all the aspects of your meeting room booking and create a bespoke package just for you.
There are two meeting room spaces available at Crown Hall Farm, capable of accommodating up to 300 guests.
Both spaces are modern, air conditioned, and with lots of natural light. The surrounding 3 acres of landscaped grounds, featuring a lake, will also be open to your guests.
Our business meeting room hire gives you exclusive use of the venue for the duration of your event.
Private Meeting Space
The smaller of our two meeting spaces can accommodate up to 40 guests.
The hire price for half a day starts at £34 + VAT per person and includes refreshments, car parking and access to WiFi. Lots of optional extras are on offer, and we will create a custom package to suit your event exactly.
Large Meeting Space
Our second meeting space is a large, open plan, purpose built event structure. This meeting space can accommodate up to 200 guests.
We provide a wide range of optional extras, allowing us to tailor a custom package precisely to match your event requirements and guest numbers.
Training Room Hire
Looking for training room space for hire?
We can offer an airy and light space, perfect to use as classrooms or seminar rooms. And the outdoor space will be open for the participants to enjoy during breaks, or to have a social with drinks on the lawn at the end of your training event.
