ALL-INCLUSIVE
WEDDING PACKAGES 2025

We’ve created a selection of all-inclusive wedding package deals that ensure a stress-free and memorable celebration at our luxury wedding venue

Our all-inclusive packages all include:

  • Exclusive-use of the grounds, luxury marquee, facilities and parking area for your exclusive celebration from 10am to midnight.

  • Use of our ceremony locations, either in our characterful boat house or inside our romantic draped marquee.

  • Choice of round tables with crisp white linen included or rustic trestle tables, both complemented by Lime Wash Chivari chairs.

  • Disco & DJ with high-tech sound system, disco lights, and a designated dance floor space.

  • Full bar facilities with staff for the duration.

  • No restrictions on being outside, make use of the manicured grounds at night lit up with festoon lights, and customisable tree lighting.

  • Your own personal wedding coordinator to help you plan and oversee your day.

  • Access to an exclusive approved supplier list ensuring the upmost quality.

  • Complimentary cake knife & cake cutting.

  • Book in to visit Crown Hall Farm and meet with our venue coordinators as many times as you need to, on non-wedding days.

  • Car parking for up to 90 cars.

Extras when you book an

all-inclusive package:

  • Overnight stay in the Sandringham Room, our wedding suite with breakfast hamper for the morning after.

  • Two wooden easels for you to use as stands for welcome signs, seating plans, day timelines, or however else you see fit.

  • A white postbox for guests to post cards and gifts, set up on one of our rustic wooden trestle tables.

  • Sweet cart with delicious array of classic sweets for your guests to help themselves to!

What's Included?

Drinks Package:

A selection of delicious welcome drinks served to your guests after your ceremony from the 20ft boat bar.

AND a glass of exquisite sparkling wine served to your guests for toasting during the speeches.

Daytime Food:

​

Delicious wood-fired pizza - each 12-inch pizza is a masterpiece, crafted with hand-tossed dough and stone-baked to perfection. Personalise your pizza with favourite toppings. Served with a selection of salads.  

Served casually from our outside Pizza Hut for guests to help themselves.

Evening Food:

​

Choose from our tasty casual food options served outside at our rustic food hut: Hot Filled Rolls (Choose 2: Mini burgers, bacon rolls, mini hot dogs, fish finger sandwiches, halloumi burgers), Wood-fired pizza, Mexican Tortilla wraps, Jacket potatoes , Mac & cheese, Loaded fries, Nachos with chilli.

NO HIDDEN COSTS:​

In addition to the prices listed above, we charge a fully refundable damage deposit of £600. ​

If you'd like to get married on-site at Crown Hall Farm, we charge a fee for setting up the ceremony location - £400.

Your Registrar or Celebrant costs are not included and must be booked by yourselves separately.
